About us

This website is operated by Molly’s Marvellous Creations from Unit 1, The Hoyland Hub / Potters Wheels, The Parade, Cloughfields Road, Hoyland, S74 0HR. Contact: contact@mollysmarvellouscreations.co.uk.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Handmade products may show small variations in colour, finish, pattern or appearance. Product photographs and screen colours are illustrative and may not reproduce every detail exactly. Follow all labels, safety information and instructions supplied with the product.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally through an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, delivery limitations or other reasonable grounds. Any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown during checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Delivery & Collection and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations pages form part of these terms. They do not reduce any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Product use and safety

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow all packaging, ingredient, allergen, CLP, burn, disposal and safety instructions. Keep products away from children and pets where directed. Stop use and seek suitable advice if an unexpected reaction occurs.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or use content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under consumer law.
