How quickly are orders dispatched?
Standard orders are normally prepared and dispatched within five working days. Large or wholesale orders may require longer; any different timescale should be shown on the product page or confirmed directly.
Can I collect my order?
Where click and collect is available, the option will be shown at checkout or confirmed by the team. Please wait until you receive confirmation before travelling.
How do I find a particular product?
Use the product search and category filter in the shop. Both connect directly to the live WooCommerce catalogue, so results stay in step with current products.
Are handmade items identical?
Small differences in colour, finish, placement or appearance can occur between handmade batches. These natural variations do not affect the intended use of the product.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the problem and explain the available remedy.
Where can I find safety and ingredient information?
Follow the label and product-page instructions. Ingredient, allergen, CLP, responsible-person and safety information should be supplied with relevant products. Contact us before use if you require clarification.
